Tick, Tick… BOOM! Revival Celebrates Opening Night

Nick Blaemire, Ciara Renée, and George Salazar celebrated their opening night in the Keen Company revival of Jonathan Larson's Tick, Tick… BOOM! on October 20. The musical, helmed by Keen Company artistic director Jonathan Silverstein, runs at Theatre Row's Acorn Theatre through November 20.

Tick, Tick… BOOM! is an autobiographical musical by late Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winner Jonathan Larson (Rent). It is the story of an aspiring composer questioning his life choices on the eve of his 30th birthday.

The production stars Blaemire (Godspell) as Jonathan, Renée (Pippin) as Susan, and Salazar (Broadway Bounty Hunter) as Michael. The production will have musical direction by Joey Chancey and choreography by Christine O'Grady. David Auburn serves as script consultant.
