The Lost Boys Original Cast Album to Be Released by Atlantic Records

Atlantic Records will release the original Broadway cast recording of the Tony-nominated musical The Lost Boys. The album will be available to pre-order on Friday, May 29, with digital and physical release dates announced soon.

The Lost Boys is currently running at the Palace Theatre. As previously announced, a North American national tour will launch in Spring, 2028 in Cleveland.

The Lost Boys stars LJ Benet, 2026 Tony Award nominees Shoshana Bean and Ali Louis Bourzgui, Benjamin Pajak, Maria Wirries, Paul Alexander Nolan, Jennifer Duka, Miguel Gil, Brian Flores, Sean Grandillo, and Dean Maupin. The cast also features Ryan Behan, Grace Capeless, Mateus Leite Cardoso, Ben Crawford, Dominic Dorset, Carissa Gaughran, Ashley Jenkins, Liesie Kelly, Cameron Loyal, Pierre Marais, Mason Olshavsky, Hank Santos, Colin Trudell, DeLaney Westfall, and Pierce Wheeler.

Based on the 1987 Warner Bros. Pictures film, The Lost Boys has a story by James Jeremias and Janice Roberta Fischer, direction by Tony Award winner and 2026 Tony Award nominee Michael Arden, a book by 2026 Tony Award nominees David Hornsby and Chris Hoch, and music and lyrics by 2026 Tony Award nominees the Rescues.

Pete Hempstead wrote in his review for TheaterMania, “Indie rock band the Rescues elevates it all with a solid score (music director Ethan Popp co-orchestrates, and Julie McBride conducts the band), while Markus Maurette’s special effects and a flock of flying rock-‘n’-roll vampires (aerial design by Gwyneth Larsen and Billy Mulholland) are primed to wow the most jaded Van Helsing.”
