Tectonic Theater Project to Release New Book About Creating Theater

Tectonic Theater Project will release a new book about the company called Moment Work: Tectonic Theater Project's Process of Devising Theater.

Written by artistic director Moisés Kaufman and Barbara Pitts McAdams, with members Leigh Fondakowski, Andy Paris, Greg Pierotti, Kelli Simpkins, Jimmy Maize, and Scott Barrow, Moment Work is a guide to the collaborative method developed by the company during productions like The Laramie Project. The book is available now via Vintage Random House Books.

Additionally, New York Theatre Workshop will host a book release party on Monday, May 14, at 6pm.

In addition to The Laramie Project, Tectonic Theater Project's productions include Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde and I Am My Own Wife.
