Six will release its first-ever Korean-language cast recording, available today.
Sung entirely in Korean and produced as a pop album, the recording features Sonnet Son, Jiwoo Kim, Hyena Park, Hyunsun Choi, Ryeowon Kim, and Juhye Yoo, alongside band members Eunyoung Kim (music director), Jisoo Chae (keyboard), Dasom Wi (drums), Jihye Lee (guitar), and Seungah Hong (bass).
The new album arrives ahead of Six second Korean-language season, which begins December 15, 2026, at Seoul’s Hongik Daehangno Art Center, Grand Theatre. The production is scheduled to run through March 1, 2027, with a 12-member company combining performers from the original Korean production with new Queens.
The 2026-27 company features Sonnet Son and Boram Jang as Catherine of Aragon; Jiwoo Kim and Sujeong Bae as Anne Boleyn; Boram Lee and JaeAh Han as Jane Seymour; Jisun Kim and Hyunsun Choi as Anna of Cleves; Ryeowon Kim and Hyojung as Katherine Howard; and Juhye Yoo and Daon Joo as Catherine Parr.
Created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, Six reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII as a 21st-century girl group, with each Queen taking the microphone to reclaim her story through her own pop persona and sound.
