Sheldon Harnick's A Wonderful Life Will Play Goodspeed Musicals

The production is a stage adaptation of the classic Frank Capra film ”It’s a Wonderful Life”.

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming Goodspeed Musicals production of A Wonderful Life, Sheldon Harnick and Joe Raposo's musical reimagining of the Frank Capra film It's a Wonderful Life. Directed by Michael Perlman, it will run September 18-November 29 at the Goodspeed Musicals – East Haddam in East Haddam, Connecticut.

Like the film, A Wonderful Life finds a would-be angel swooping to the rescue of desperate banker George Bailey on Christmas Eve.

The company includes Duke Lafoon (George Bailey), Logan James Hall (Harry Bailey), Ed Dixon (Mr. Potter), Josh Franklin (Sam Wainwright), Frank Vlastnik (Clarence Johnson), Bethe B. Austin (Mrs. Martini/Milly Bailey), Ryan G. Dunkin (Ernie), Michael Medeiros (Uncle Billy), Kirsten Scott (Mary Hatch), George McDaniel (Matthew/Tom/Mr. Martini), Kevin C. Loomis (Bert), Ben Stone-Zelman (Tommy), Riley Briggs (Beth), and Ella Briggs (Zuzu).

The creative team is made up of Parker Esse (choreography), Brian Prather (scenic design), Jennifer Caprio (costume design), Scott Bolman (lighting design), Jay Hilton (sound design), and Mark Adam Rampmeyer (wig and hair design).
