Full cast and creative team have been announced for the Jermyn Street Theatre’s production of Henrik Ibsen’s St John’s Night , to run July 10-August 4.
The production will be directed by Anthony Biggs, with design by James Perkins, lighting by Richard Howell, and music by Luke Bateman.
Ibsen’s play, which is being presented in a translation by James McFarlane, is an enchanting tale of mischievous goblins, mismatched lovers and secret inheritances, loosely based on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
The cast will feature Sara Crowe, Louise Calf, Isla Carter, Roddy Maude-Roxby, David Osmond, Danny Lee Wynter, Ed Birch, Harry Napier, and Luke Bateman.
