Casting has been announced for John Biguenet’s Shotgun to Florida Studio Theatre, April 7-May 29. Kate Alexander will direct the production.
The play focuses on familial and racial tensions in post-Katrina New Orleans. The company will feature Freddie Bennett (Willie Williams), Robert Kya-Hill (Dexter Godchaux), Tom Patterson (Eugene Harlan), William Peden (Beau Harlan), and Maya Lynne Robinson (Mattie Godchaux).
The creative team will include Bob Phillips (scenic design), Melissa Schlachtmeyer (costume design), and Robert Perry (lighting design).
