Quentin Earl Darrington, Jay Armstrong Johnson, Josh Segarra, Cortney Wolfson, and Cassie Wooley will perform the songs of composer Nikos Tsakalakos at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center on Monday, April 25 at 6pm. The free event is part of the Arts and Artists Songbook Series, produced, directed and hosted by John Znidarsic.
The 90-minute program features songs by Tsakalakos and collaborators Janet Allard, Jess DiGiacinto, Angelique Mouyis and Jennifer Stafford.
The band will include Matt Castle (Music Director/Piano), Eric B. Davis (Guitar), Joe Nero (Drums), and Christos Tsakalakos (Bass).
