One of the evening’s highlights was the appearance of Mitchel David Federan, known to Broadway audiences as young Peter Allen in The Boy From Oz but also a veteran (!) of the daytime drama All My Children. Federan performed “On The Sunny Side of the Street,” complete with a tap break and a back flip!

Barbara Cook’s Broadway opened at the Vivian Beaumont Theater on Sunday, March 28, and a party was held afterwards at Lincoln Center’s Kaplan Penthouse. Here is the star with Christopher Plummer, who is currently playing King Lear at the Beaumont (Cook performs her show on dark nights of the Shakespeare production)…
