Cast members from Silence! The Musical celebrated the release of the production’s Original Cast Recording with a concert and album signing at the 86th Street Barnes and Noble on Thursday, February 23.
Jenn Harris and Brent Barrett, who originated the roles of Clarice Starling and Dr. Hannibal Lecter in the “unauthorized parody” of the classic film The Silence of the Lambs, were joined by Callan Bergmann, Stephen Bienskie, Pamela Bob, Harry Bouvy, Annie Funke, Howard Kaye and Topher Nuccio to perform numbers including “Quid Pro Quo” and “Are You About a Size 14?” Barrett has since departed the production, but is featured on the recording.
Silence! The Musical features music and lyrics Jon and Al Kaplan, with a book by Hunter Bell. It is currently running Off-Broadway at The 9th Space Theatre at PS 122.
