The world premiere of This Ain't No Disco runs through August 12 at the Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater, featuring a book by Stephen Trask, Peter Yanowitz, and Rick Elice, and a score by Trask and Yanowitz.

The show is described as "part rock opera, part impressionist tone poem set in the nightclubs and art world of 1979 New York City. This Ain't No Disco interweaves the stories of strivers, dreamers and drifters searching for their place at Studio 54 and Mudd Club, the art scene and downtown lofts. In their uptown/downtown quest for revelry and kinship, this disparate group, in different stages of becoming and falling apart, find themselves and each other in a city on the verge of a massive cultural shift."

Directed by Darko Tresnjak and choreographed by Camille A. Brown, the cast includes Krystina Alabado, Cameron Amandus, Will Connolly, Eddie Cooper, Tony d'Alelio, Lulu Fall, Hannah Florence, Chilina Kennedy, Peter LaPrade, John-Michael Lyles, Krystal Mackie, Trevor McQueen, Nicole Medoro, Ian Paget, Theo Stockman, Samantha Marie Ware, and Antonio Watson.
