Sit alongside the action as Arthur Miller’s tragedy unfolds.
Producers of the Young Vic’s critically acclaimed Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's A View From the Bridge have announced that $20 rush tickets are now available to each performance of the show at the Lyceum Theatre. The tickets, which are subject to availability, are for seats on the Lyceum stage, where spectators are given an unobstructed, immersive experience alongside the action.
Olivier Award winner Mark Strong leads the cast as Eddie Carbone, alongside Nicola Walker as Beatrice Carbone, Phoebe Fox as Catherine, Michael Zegen as Marco, Michael Gould as Alfieri, Richard Hansell as Louis, and Russell Tovey as Rodolpho. All cast members but Tovey and Zegen are reprising performances they originated when van Hove's production opened at the U.K.'s Young Vic Theatre and subsequently transferred with it to the West End.
The production has scenic and lighting design by longtime van Hove collaborator Jan Versweyveld, costume design by An D’Huys, and sound design by Tom Gibbons.
The Young Vic's A View From the Bridge premiered in April 2014 before its West End transfer to Wyndham's Theatre, where it won the 2015 Olivier Awards for Best Revival, Best Director, and Best Actor for Strong. The Broadway mounting, a coproduction of Scott Rudin and Lincoln Center Theater, began previews on October 21 and open on November 12.
