Off-Broadway’s The Last Smoker in America to Close on September 1

Bill Russell and Peter Melnick’s musical The Last Smoker in America, currently playing off-Broadway at the Westside Theatre, will play its final performance on September 1. Andy Sandberg directs.

The Last Smoker in America is an irreverent comedy which focuses on Pam, who is having an impossible time trying to quit smoking.

The cast features Farah Alvin (Pam), Natalie Venetia Belcon (Phyllis), John Bolton (Ernie), and Jake Boyd (Jimmy).

The design team includes Charles Corcoran (set design), Michael McDonald (costume design), Jeff Croiter and Grant Yeager (lighting design), and Bart Fasbender (sound design).
