Men Alive – The Orange County Gay Men’s Chorus is set to present Von Trapped!, a tribute to The Sound of Music, July 20 and 21 at the Irvine Barclay Theatre.
Under the direction of founder and artistic director Rich Cook and assistant director Bob Gunn, Men Alive will transform the beloved musical into an extravaganza featuring genre-crossing remixes, fabulous costumes, and a few yodel-loving goats.
In addition, Men Alive will be debuting a show at a preview presentation commissioned for the 2012 GALA Choruses Festival In Denver on July 11 at the Buell Theatre.
