MTC has also announced that it will present the world premiere of Nell Benjamin’s The Explorers Club at New York City Center-Stage I beginning on Tuesday, May 14, with an official opening on Tuesday, June 4. Director, casting, and creative team for the production will be announced shortly.
The play is set in London in 1879 as the Explorers Club debates whether to accept their first female candidate.
