. ]]The 52nd Street Project announces HERE. ME. NOW.: The Present Plays'', the next show to be presented at the Project’s Five Angels Theater.
The piece is part of the One-on-One series, which takes a group of ten Project kids out of town to a country retreat for a week in the summer. The young playwrights are Sevan Asencio, Magalis Fabian, Rebecca Gomez, Ginaija Hires, Aramis Jimenez, Marlon Sebastian Lopez, Darby O'Donnell, Nicole Quiles, Daniel Tineo, and Ethan Zenteno. The mission of the group is to give children "an opportunity to prove that he or she has something of value to offer, something that comes from within that he or she alone possesses, something that cannot be taken away."
