Leslie Odom Jr. Returning to Hamilton on Broadway for Limited Run

Leslie Odom Jr. will return to the role of Aaron Burr in the Broadway production of Hamilton for a limited run at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, September 9-November 23.

Odom earned a Tony Award for his performance when the show opened; his return coincides with the Broadway production’s milestone 10th anniversary.

Based on the Ron Chernow biography of America’s first Treasury Secretary, Hamilton features book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Thomas Kail directed the production, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler.

TheaterMania’s review of the Broadway production calls it “nothing short of a masterpiece, destined to change Broadway forever.”
