
Kevin Dozier, Danny Leary, Julie Reyburn and Tim Shew are among the artists who will be joining songwriter Brett Kirstofferson for Keeping My Composure, a concert of his songs to be offered on April 15 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Hector Coris will direct the performance, which will feature musical direction by Kristofferson.
Kristofferson is the recipient of the 2010 Bistro Award for songwriting, and is also a two-time Dottie Burman Songwriting Award winner for 2009. Two of his songs, “Things That Haunt Me,” and “The Whole Wide World,” have been nominated for Song of the Year by the Manhattan Association of Cabaret and Clubs. Also scheduled to perform are Sharone Halevy, Scott Koonce, Karen Mack, Stearns Matthews, Angela Shultz, Kathy Searle, and Maureen Taylor.
