Diane Paulus directs the last production at American Repertory Theater’s longtime home at the Loeb Drama Center.

John Turturro, Paul Giamatti, and Tatiana Maslany will star in Diane Paulus’s new production of Eugene Ionesco’s Rhinoceros, running August 12-September 20 at American Repertory Theater at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
Turturro will play Bérenger, the only person in his town who resists transforming into a rhinoceros. Giamatti is Jean and Maslany is Daisy.
Paulus’s production, the last at the company’s longtime home at the Loeb Drama Center before it moves to its new home at the Goel Center for Creativity & Performance, will be a new adaptation of the much-loved Ionesco translation by Derek Prouse.
Full casting will be announced at a later date.
