The Fred Ebb Foundation, in association with the Roundabout Theatre Company, honored musical-theater songwriters Thomas Mizer and Curtis Moore last evening at the American Airlines Theatre with the 12th-annual Fred Ebb Award. Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley presented the pair of artists with the award, which "recognizes excellence in musical-theater songwriting, by a songwriter or songwriting team that has not yet achieved significant commercial success." Along with a $60,000 award, the prize includes a one-night-only showcase of Mizer and Moore's work.

Take a look at photos from the prestigious event, attended by some of musical-theater's biggest stars including legendary composer John Kander, two-time Tony winner Chita Rivera, and more.
