Joey Lawrence to Do Guest Stint in Las Vegas Chippendales Show

Broadway veteran and pop culture icon Joey Lawrence will join the Las Vegas production of Chippendales, at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, for a three-week stint as celebrity guest star, June 7-24.

Lawrence, according to press notes, “will flex his vocal cords and muscles as he sings, dances and hosts the #1 male revue in the Las Vegas.”

In 2007, Lawrence made his Broadway debut in Chicago. He initially rose to pop-culture fame as a teenager on the 90s hit television series Blossom. More recently, he was a finalist on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and toured with the stage version of the show throughout the U.S. and Canada. He currently stars in the ABC Family series, Melissa & Joey. As a music artist, his hits include “Nothin’ My Love Can’t Fix” and he is currently working on his third studio album.
