Tony winner Jason Alexander, who starred in the original Broadway cast of Merrily We Roll Along, has been announced to participate in a Q&A at one of the first Los Angeles public screenings of the new documentary, Best Worst Thing That Ever Could Have Happened.

The moderated Q&A will take place directly following the 7pm screening of the film on November 25 at Laemmle Royal. Only ticket holders to the film will be admitted for the Q&A. Alexander will also introduce the film at the 9:45pm showing the same night.

Directed by Lonny Price, the documentary is described as a "behind-the-scenes look into the ‘then’ and ‘now’ of perhaps Stephen Sondheim’s most beloved work." Alexander appears in the film as part of a series of candid interviews with original company members. Other interviewees include Sondheim, Harold Prince, and more original cast members including Tony winner Tonya Pinkins, Jim Walton, Ann Morrisonm, and more.
