Ileana Douglas, Veanne Cox to Star With Joy Behar in Bonkers in the Boroughs

Bay Street Theater has announced casting for Joy Behar‘s Bonkers in the Boroughs, running September 2-6 in Sag Harbor.

Behar leads a company that also includes Bob Ari (Broken Snow), Craig Bierko (Girl From the North Country), Veanne Cox (An American in Paris), Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde), Illeana Douglas (Cape Fear), Lou Liberatore (Burn This), and Ammiel Sobey.

Together, they will present Behar’s comic take on families, friendships, relationships, and the everyday situations that can make life in New York feel a little unhinged.

A Daytime Emmy Award winner and longtime co-host of ABC’s The View, Behar’s plays also include Me, My Mouth, and I and My First Ex-Husband.

Bonkers in the Boroughs is directed by Randall Myler.
