Hugh Dancy will star in the new psychological thriller Spree, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Tommy O’Haver is directing the project.
Based on a story by Kevin Turen and O’Haver, the film centers on a man whose last fling before his nuptials spirals out of control.
Dancy was most recently seen onstage in The Pride, off-Broadway. In addition, he appeared on Journey’s End on Broadway. His many films include Adam, Black Hawk Down, Ella Enchanted, The Jane Austen Book Club, and Confessions of a Shopaholic. He also received an Emmy Award nomination for his work in the HBO miniseries Elizabeth I.
