Tony nominee Howard McGillin will be featured in Irish Repertory Theatre’s A Child’s Christmas in Wales In Concert, to be presented in the company’s W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre, December 7-31, with an opening on December 11. Charlotte Moore will direct, with musical direction by John Bell.
This iconic holiday favorite features both traditional and contemporary Christmas music interwoven within the classic story of the legendary snowy Christmas Day in Wales.
The cast will also include Edwin Cahill, Howard Danielle Erin Rhodes, Ashley Robinson, and Beverly Ward.
The production will feature costume design by David Toser and lighting design by Michael O’Connor.
McGillin received Tony nominations for his work in Anything Goes and The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and has the distinction of being the longest Phantom in Broadway’s The Phantom of the Opera.
