The 24th annual Gypsy of the Year competition, benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, will be held at the New Amsterdam Theatre, on Monday, December 3 at 4:30pm and Tuesday, December 4 at 2pm. Seth Rudetsky will serve as host.
The event is the culmination of six weeks of intensive fundraising by Broadway, Off-Broadway and national touring companies, and features original skits, songs and dances performed by the best of the New York theatre community. Awards are presented to the top fundraisers and for the best presentation.
