Geoff Sobelle's Home Announces Casting

Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced the full cast and creative team for Geoff Sobelle's Home, running March 22-April 21.

Cast members include Sophie Bortolussi, Jennifer Kidwell, Justin Rose, Ching Valdes-Aran, Sobelle, and Elvis Perkins. The creative team includes Lee Sunday Evans (director), David Neumann (choreographer), Steven Dufala (scenic designer), Karen Young (costume designer), Christopher Kuhl (lighting designer), Brandon Wolcott (sound designer), and Steve Cuiffo (illusion designer).

Home is a large-scale performance project that revolves around the life-cycle of a house. Created through a mix of illusion, choreography, construction, and live documentary, this enchanting visual and immersive spectacle conjures a two-story house from the shadows. Residents past, present, and future rollick through its rooms in an impromptu dance that defies time and space, magically transforming mundane everyday tasks into a glorious, intimate, and profound celebration.
