Full casting has been announced for the Gorilla Tango Theatre production of Rejoicing Over The Bride, September 27-28, written and directed by Elizabeth Nonie.
Rejoicing Over The Bride follows Angel, who after becoming engaged, suffers at the hands of her frustrating and sometimes messy inner circle. The cast will feature LaToya Dotson, Kathleen Freeman, Yolanda Jamison, Nonie, Jamelia Simmons, and CorVet Williams.
Nonie’s other works include The Grass Ain’t Greener, He Ain’t Cheatin’, She Is, Jezebel Ain’t Dead, The Family Mess Expert, Urban Relations, and others.
