The play, co-produced by Collaboraction and Teatro Vista, follows the story of Lulu on the eve of her wedding as she confronts her past, including her connection to her brother Papo, who is on death row awaiting the death penalty for murder.
According to Time Out Chicago, the work is the first chosen for the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation’s Money Back Guarantee program, which has allotted $10,000 for ticket refunds. Unsatisfied customers who provide name, e-mail address, and reasons for their dissatisfaction can speak to a representative, who will be in the lobby after each performance, to receive a refund.
