Dermot Crowley and Dearbhla Molloy will star in Paul Durcan’s Give Me Your Hand, to be presented at Irish Repertory Theatre in the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre, March 7-April 1, with an opening on March 11. Richard Twyman will direct.
In Give Me Your Hand, Durcan has taken some of the most famous paintings in the world, and interpreted them with his own unique, poetic voice. The production features original music and technical direction by Jamie Beamish; and video filming and editing by Daniel Grixti.
Crowley won a Drama Desk Award for his Broadway debut in Conor McPherson’s The Weir, and also appeared on Broadway in a revival of Translations. Molloy received a Tony nomination for her performance in Dancing at Lughnasa, and was most recently seen Off-Broadway in the Drama Desk Award-winning production of The Cripple of Inishmaan.
