Broadway heartthrob Cheyenne Jackson will perform a concert titled Music of the Mad Men Era at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles on April 26. Inspired by the music of the 1950s and '60s, the bill will feature selections that evoke the days "when bossa nova was new, the lounges of Las Vegas were hip, and catchy dance music was spinning on every hi-fi."
Joining Jackson will be special guests Jane Lynch (Glee, Annie) and Rebecca Romijn (X-Men, The Punisher). A Mad Men-themed cocktail party will take place at 6pm, before the 8pm performance.
Broadway audiences know Cheyenne Jackson best for his starring roles in the musicals All Shook Up, Xanadu, and Finian's Rainbow. He recently performed the role of Joe in the New York City Center Encores! production of The Most Happy Fella. On television he has enjoyed guest-starring roles on Glee, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and 30 Rock, and he starred in the 2013 HBO biopic of Liberace, Behind the Candelabra.
