Cheyenne Jackson will join the cast of NBC’s 30 Rock, beginning with the November 12 episode, according to AfterElton.com.
The website reports that he will play Danny/Jack Baker, and that the character is a new cast member of TGS with Tracy Jordan, the variety show starring Tracy Morgan’s character. The show’s cast also includes Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski, Scott Adsit, and Jack McBrayer.
Jackson is currently starring in Finian’s Rainbow on Broadway. His other Broadway credits include starring roles in All Shook Up and Xanadu.
