Cher Cast in the Mamma Mia! Film Sequel
The legendary pop singer joins the musical movie as her Broadway musical rounds the bend.

For musical theater aficionados, 2018 is rapidly transforming into the year of Cher. Not only will her biomusical, The Cher Show, be making its world premiere in Chicago (followed by a fall 2018 Broadway debut), but the pop icon announced yesterday on Twitter that she's joined the cast of the Mamma Mia! film sequel, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, set for a July 20, 2018 release.
