On Monday, August 17, award-winning actor and writer Charles Busch, producer Daryl Roth and playwright Jon Marns will appear in the weekly series of post-performance discussions held in tandem with the production of Marans’ The Temperamentals, running at the TBG Theater.

The play takes its title from the 1950s code word for homosexual, and tells the story of communist Harry Hay and young Viennese refugee and designer Rudi Gernreich, founders of the pre-Stonewall gay rights organization, The Mattachine Society. The production, directed by Jonathan Silverstein, features Thomas Jay Ryan and Michael Urie, along with Tom Beckett, Matthew Schneck, and Sam Breslin Wright.
