Cast Announced for Egg & Spoon's World Premiere of The Morbs by Jen Diamond

Egg & Spoon Theatre Collective announced the cast for the world premiere of The Morbs, a comedic thriller about friendship and the people we become.

Written by Jen Diamond, a 2025-26 member of Clubbed Thumb’s Early Career Writers Group, and directed by Lily Kanter Riopelle, The Morbs will run October 26–November 14, with an opening set for November 2, at A.R.T./New York Theatre’s Jeffrey and Paula Gural Theatre.

In the play, when their sorority reunion is interrupted by an outbreak of a terrifying illness known as “The Morbs,” three former best friends take shelter in a cabin deep in the snowy woods of New Hampshire, after five years apart.

The cast includes Emma Kikue, Rachel Ravel, Jennifer Regan, and Alexandra Templer.

The creative team includes scenic designers Chris and Justin Swader, costume designer Avery Reed, lighting designer Paige Seber, and movement director Willow Funkhouser.
