Emmy winner and Broadway veteran Bradley Whitford will co-star opposite Ali Larter in the Fox pilot The Asset, according to Deadline.com.

Josh Friedman serves as writer and executive producer of the drama, which will be directed by Neil Burger. The show centers on Larter’s character — a globe-trotting photographer who doubles as a CIA field operative. Whitford will play the Station Chief of the New York City CIA.

Whitford’s Broadway credits include A Few Good Men and Boeing Boeing, and he most recently appeared on stage in the Pasadena Playhouse’s production of Art. He is best known for his television roles on The West Wing, for which he won an Emmy, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, The Good Guys, and The Mentalist.
