Stage and screen star Richard Gere will receive the Hollywood Career Achievement Award at the annual Hollywood Film Awards, to be presented at a ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on October 22.
In addition, stage and screen star Bradley Cooper will receive the Hollywood Actor Award for his work in David O. Russell’s Silver Linings Playbook.
As previously reported, other honorees at the awards will include Marion Cotillard (Hollywood Actress Award) and Robert De Niro (Hollywood Supporting Actor Award).
Some of the other notable honorees include
writer/director Quentin Tarantino (Hollywood Screenwriter Award); Ben Affleck, Alan Arkin, Bryan Cranston and John Goodman (Hollywood Ensemble Acting Award for Argo); David O. Russell (Hollywood Director Award); and Amy Adams (Hollywood Supporting Actress Award).
