Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Julia Stiles will star in the film The Silver Linings Playbook, to be directed by David O. Russell, according to Deadline.com.
In the movie, based on Matthew Quick’s novel, Cooper will play a depressed man who falls for an unstable woman (Lawrence) while trying to win back his estranged wife. Stiles will play Lawrence’s sister.
Cooper appeared on Broadway in Three Days of Rain, and his many films include The Hangover and All About Steve. Lawrence received an Oscar nomination for Winter’s Bone and will star in The Hunger Games. Stiles’ Broadway credits include Oleanna and Twelfth Night.
