Boston Metro Kids Spotlight: March ’09

This month the Boston Lyric Opera is serving up a family friendly, condensed version of Mozart’s The Magic Flute (March 1-22) at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Auditorium (March 1-22) in Melrose and the Strand Theatre Boston in Dorchester. Sung in English, and fully staged, The Magic Flute celebrates the triumph of courage, truth, and wisdom over the world of darkness and trickery that looms forebodingly around the corner.
