Bohmer, Gonzalez, Huffman, Park, et al. Set for Rocky Horror Concert

Ron Bohmer, Mandy Gonzalez, Cady Huffman, and Michael Park will headline a concert of songs from The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Arts Center (formerly the Helen Hayes Theater) in Nyack, New York at 8pm on Saturday, October 28. The live performance will be followed by a screening of the 1975 film, which stars Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, and Barry Bostwick.

The concert will also feature Eric Buckly, Jeff Gardner, Rita Harvey, Brad Little, Danny Zolli, and a seven-piece band. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume, as the event will follow Nyack’s annual Halloween parade.

The Arts Center is now being run by Friends of the Nyacks and will be officially named shortly. A grand opening celebration at 8pm on Saturday, November 4 will include performances by Tony Award winner Bill Irwin, singer/songwriter Tom Chapin, and the American String Quartet. Scheduled performances at the Center include two concerts by They Might Be Giants on Saturday, November 18 and a holiday run of the play Tim and Scrooge, December 20-30.
