Anna Friel, Ken Stott, and Samuel West to Star in West End Revival of Uncle Vanya

Ken Stott, Anna Friel, and Samuel West will star in Lindsay Posner’s revival of Anton Chekhov’s Uncle Vanya, October 24-February 16 at London’s Vaudeville Theatre, according to Whatsonstage.com. The production will be designed by Christopher Oram.

Stott will play the title role, with Friel as Yelena, and West as Astrov. Additional casting for the production will be announced.

Stott’s credits include A View from the Bridge and God of Carnage. Friel has been seen on stage in Breakfast at Tiffany’s and the Broadway production of Closer, for which she received a Drama Desk Award, as well as and on the television show Pushing Daisies. West’s many stage credits include Enron.
