Angela Christian will star as Cherie in Rubicon Theatre Company’s production of William Inge’s Bus Stop. Directed by Brian McDonald, the show will run February 21-March 16, with an opening set for February 23.
The play takes place one late night when a blizzard traps a hodge-podge of characters in Grace’s Diner. It will also feature Jason Chanos, Alison Coutts-Jordon, Steve Larkin, Carl Palmer, Lauren Patten, John Bennett Perry, and Leonard Kelly Young.
The design team will include Thomas S. Giamaro (sets and lighting), David Beaudry (sound), and Marcy Froehlich (costumes).
Christian originated the title role in the West End production of The Woman in White, which she reprised on Broadway, and was nominated for an Outer Critics Circle Award for Thoroughly Modern Millie.
