A new production of the musical 40 Is the New 15, with book and lyrics by Larry Todd Johnson and music by Cindy O’Connor; will play the NoHo Arts Center, July 16 -August 22. Michael Spears will direct the show, which will feature set and lighting design by Kevin Traxler.
The show, which received a GLAAD Media Award nomination for its earlier workshop production, follows the lives of a group of fortysomethings who look back to their innocent days in high school, when they all dreamed of becoming successes at 40.
The cast will feature Tod Macofsky, Dana Meller, Craig Woolson, Karole Foreman, John Allsopp, Peter Welkin, Gretchen Weiss, and Lindsey Mixon.
