The Countdown Continues: TheaterMania Goes Into the Woods With Anna Kendrick

On Wednesday, December 10, TheaterMania will be releasing exclusive footage from Disney's Into the Woods. In preparation, we're embarking on a five-day journey celebrating the stars of the upcoming film.

When it comes to movie musicals, Anna Kendrick cannot be stopped. Her only Broadway role (so far — she'll obviously be back) was as Dinah Lord in 1998's High Society. She was 12 (and looked 2) at the time. After that, Hollywood snatched up our Broadway baby. Most recently she's appeared in the musical comedy Pitch Perfect, and she'll soon be seen in The Last Five Years and Into The Woods (duh!). But before that, Kendrick made a name for herself in the movie-musical genre playing Fritzi Wagner in the 2003 film Camp. In this clip from the film, Kendrick's character proves she has what it takes to be a star — as if we needed any convincing.
