Hair‘s Galt MacDermot to Celebrate 80th Birthday with Concert in Staten Island

The concert will include MacDermot’s classical, popular, and jazz works performed by the Staten Island Philharmonic and the Hair band. The reception will begin at 6:30 pm, followed by the concert at 7:30 pm.

As previously announced, The Public Theater’s production of Hair, seen this past summer in Central Park, will transfer to Broadway’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre beginning February 13, with an opening set for March 5.
