Full casting has been announced for the upcoming Broadway revival of Bernard Pomerance's Tony Award-winning drama, The Elephant Man, starring Bradley Cooper in the title role. The production will begin previews November 7 at the Booth Theatre, with opening night scheduled for December 7.

Tony nominee Scott Ellis directs the production, which originated at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in 2012. Cooper is joined by his costars from that iteration, Patricia Clarkson (Pieces of April) as Mrs. Kendal and Alessandro Nivola (The Winslow Boy) as Dr. Fredrick Treves. Additional Broadway cast members include Anthony Heald, Scott Lowell, Kathryn Meisle, Henry Stram, Chris Bannow, Peter Bradbury, Lucas Calhoun, Eric Clem, Amanda Lea Mason, Marguerite Stimpson, and Emma Thorne.

The Elephant Man features scenic and projection design by Timothy R. Mackabee, costume design by Clint Ramos, lighting design by Philip S. Rosenberg, and original music and sound design by John Gromada.

Inspired by the true story of Joseph Merrick (called John Merrick in the play) and his relationship with the renowned surgeon Frederick Treves, The Elephant Man premiered on Broadway in 1979 and was later seen in a 2002 revival starring Billy Crudup.
