Flashback Friday: The Comedic Genius of Elaine May and Mike Nichols

Elaine May marked her return to Broadway last night in Kenneth Lonergan's The Waverly Gallery at the Golden Theatre. On October 8, 1960, May marked her Broadway debut at the same theater in the now-legendary comedy show An Evening With Mike Nichols and Elaine May. To celebrate May's first Broadway acting role in 58 years, here's one of Nichols and May's classic sketches, "Mother and Son."
