Cirque de Soleil’s newest production, Corteo, will begin a three-city U.S tour with an engagement in San Francisco at the SBC Park at Willie Mays Plaza, November 11- December 18. In 2006, the show will play San Jose (January 19-February 19) and Randall’s Island in New York City (beginning April 25).
Directed and created by Daniele Finzi Pasca, Corteo is “a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show brings together the passion of the actor with the grace and power of the acrobat to plunge the audience into a theatrical world of fun, comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth.”
