Allyce Beasley, Lynne Wintersteller Set for Revisiting Wildfire

Right Down Broadway will present the premiere of Kari Floren’s Revisiting Wildfire, which will begins previews June 1, with an opening set for June 6 at the ArcLight Theatre. Eve Brandstein will direct.

In the play, Allyce Beasley and Lynne Wintersteller will star as 50-something women who have always had a madcap friendship since the early years of punk and the Reagan Administration. But when three decades of the weekly phone calls stop, a surprise visit finds one of them in chaos, the other in denial and both with secrets.

The production will feature sets by Jason Sherwood, costumes by Anne E Grosz and lighting by Nastassia Jimenez. Original music for Revisiting Wildfire is by Roger Murdock.
