Barry Bostwick, Julie Hagerty Set for TBS Pilot BFF

Broadway veterans Barry Bostwick and Julie Hagerty will be featured in the TBS comedy pilot BFF, according to Deadline.com.

Jay Malone will star as Mark, a family man who quits his day job and returns to his old neighborhood. The pilot features a script by Ben Wexler, and the cast also includes David Neher as Mark’s childhood friend, Roland. Bostwick and Hagerty will play Roland’s parents.

Bostwick won a Tony for The Robber Bridegroom, and was Tony-nominated for Grease and They Knew What They Wanted. Hagerty’s Broadway credits include The House of Blue Leaves, which earned her a Theatre World Award, as well as Morning’s at Seven, Three Men on a Horse, and The Front Page.
